the winter that will never end retreat :-) #campusministry #internationalstudentsrock #longestwinterever

I don't think in good conscience we can call this the spring retreat!  the main forms of recreation were sliding down the ice Hill....and walking across the completely frozen lake.

even though the weather was very very freezing, I saw many hearts melting for each other and for the lost. there were many wonderful speakers and the worship was beautiful and God honoring. I am always humbled at how much work the students put into it.
loading and unloading the van every week in the freezing cold, they go above and beyond the this call of duty every week!

this winter it has been hard to find our stride in ministry...we have had many events cancelled because of the weather, and that has been discouraging at times. but on the good side it has left a lot of time for one on one relationship building.

I am working with one student a lot this year, I have been trying to get her in to a christ-centered treatment center.we just found out this week that she will be getting to go later this month.. this has been a year long journey and we could not be happier!

I have also had the opportunity to become friends with a young women from the Middle East. I am having lunch with them once or twice a week. working on English and having a wonderful time. these are some of the most precious women I have ever met, what an amazing opportunity! the world is on our campuses! I cannot post many pictures of what I'm doing for security reasons, but please know how grateful I am to everyone who supports ACT and is giving me an opportunity to be a missionary too many countries, while living in Toledo.

this table is full of amazing woman...but i cant show you them...
