You Only live once...so you might as well pray big.
It all started about a year ago when Lily saw this little girl on X-factor...you see this little girl has a HUGE personality and her arms....ARE JUST LIKE LILY'S!
Rion can Sing! but more than that...she LOVES JESUS! I knew her mom loved Jesus the second I saw her back stage....no fear....just faith.
Lily watched this video over 100 times. At the end Simon tells Rion that 'she is beautiful in every way' and after the 79th time....Lily started to believe that she to could be beautiful in every way,
SOOO you can understand the prayer of a mama that would ask God to let Lily meet Rion some day, a crazy big prayer, the kind that you pray but you don't really expect to be answered......
fast forward 10 months.....I get a FB message that Rions grandmother wants to give Lily a ticked to Rions concert, WHAT!!!...so I email my address not expecting much and a week later I get a package in the mail that not only has a ticket to the concert but a CD of Rions music and a note saying "happy gotcha day" because...and your not going to believe this...the concert "just happened" to be on Lily's 4th gotcha day!!!!! WHAT!
BUT WAIT.... IT GETS BETTER
When we get there, after a huge hug by Krista, Rions Grandma, we are all treated like royalty and ushered to the FRONT ROW....you can't make this stuff up!
Then we are told that there will be a private reception afterward for all the AMC kids where we would....MEET RION AND HER MOM!!!!
BUT that is not the whole story....you see this night really should never have happened. a week before, Rion was asked to sing with her favorite singer ON THIS SAME NIGHT but she had made a promise....soooo instead of singing for 40,000 people with her very favorite singer (can you say dream come true) she came to Logan OH. and sang for 400.....answering a little mama prayer whispered months before.
PS....Lily was on Rions instagram and I am becoming fast friends with her Grandma...
and as a bonus we had a wonderful time in the Hawking Hills area the next day, here is some of our silliness
I have NO idea why this prayer was answered and So many others that are way more important seem to go unanswered, Not even a clue! ALL I KNOW is that a very loving God chose to show a 13 year old girl that He sees her, HE loves her and SHE IS HIS PRINCESS.
